TSP Company provides accounting, taxation, GST, company and firm registration, digital signature, licensing, payroll and manpower placement services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for your engagement are those confirmed in writing between you and TSP Company; nothing on this website by itself creates an engagement.
You agree to provide complete, accurate and timely information, documents and approvals. Statutory filings depend on the data you supply; TSP Company is not responsible for penalties, notices, rejections or delays arising from incorrect, incomplete or late information, or from documents that are not genuine.
Professional fees are quoted before work begins and are exclusive of government fees, statutory charges and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees are payable as agreed, and work may be paused where dues remain outstanding. Government and portal fees, once paid to an authority, are non-refundable.
Timelines shared with you are estimates in good faith. Processing by government departments, portals and certifying authorities is outside our control, and delays on their side do not constitute a breach of these terms.
Where an engagement is cancelled before work commences, professional fees are refundable after deducting any costs already incurred. Once work has begun or a filing has been submitted, fees for the completed portion are non-refundable.
Both parties agree to keep confidential the business, financial and personal information shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or by a statutory authority.
All content on this website — including text, layout, graphics, the TSP logo and design elements — belongs to TSP Company and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.
Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the professional fees received for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business or goodwill.

Our services involve government portals, certifying authorities and third-party form or payment providers. Their availability, rules and fees are outside our control and may change without notice.
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. On termination, fees for work completed up to that date remain payable, and we will hand over the records and documents belonging to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
